A small company that decided consistency was the whole product
LB Pro Cleaning Services cleans homes and small commercial spaces across Troy and the Capital Region. Five years in, the thing clients mention most is not a technique. It is that the second visit is the same as the first.

The same assigned team, the same written plan, every visit.
Why we do it this way
Most cleaning companies in a market this size grow by adding crews faster than they can train them. The work is good for the first few months, then a client gets a new team who has never seen the house, does not know that the guest room is skipped, and cannot be blamed for that because nobody wrote it down.
We took the opposite approach and grew slowly on purpose. Every address has a written plan. Every plan is built during a walkthrough with the client and refined over the first month of service. Teams are assigned to addresses rather than to shifts, so the people cleaning your home this week are the people who cleaned it last week.
That choice limits how fast we can take on new clients, and it is the reason our recurring clients tend to stay for years rather than months. It also means we will occasionally tell you we cannot start until a specific date, instead of promising tomorrow and sending strangers.
The work itself is not mysterious. Clean top to bottom so falling dust lands on unfinished surfaces. Clean dry before wet. Give products time to work instead of forcing them. Match the product to the surface. Check the room from the doorway before leaving it, because that is the angle the client will see it from. Do that every time, in the same order, and the result is consistent — which is the only thing anyone is actually buying.

Our mission
To make professional cleaning something our clients stop having to manage — booked once, written down, and delivered to the same standard whether or not anyone is watching.
Our vision
To be the cleaning company that Capital Region households and small businesses recommend by name, kept small enough that every client is still a person to us rather than an account number.
Six values that decide the arguments
Say the real number
Estimates reflect the time the work actually takes. We would rather lose a job to a lower bid than win it and shorten the visit.
Continuity over convenience
Sending the same team is harder to schedule and better for the client. We schedule around it.
Own the miss
Something gets missed occasionally. What matters is that it gets fixed quickly and without a discussion about whose fault it was.
Respect the surfaces
Somebody paid for that stone, that floor and that finish. Nothing goes on them that they cannot take.
Treat access seriously
Keys and codes are handled at company level with a documented process, not passed between people informally.
Answer plainly
No jargon, no upsell script, no pressure. If a monthly plan is enough for your home, we will tell you that.
Eight things you can hold us to
- A written cleaning plan for every address, built with you and updated as things change
- The same assigned team rather than a rotating pool of whoever is available
- Honest visit lengths quoted up front, including when the first visit needs to be longer
- Residential and commercial handled by one company and one point of contact
- A 24-hour fix policy with no argument attached
- English and Portuguese spoken, in person and on the phone
- No contracts on recurring plans — pause, change or stop with a call
- Post-construction work staged properly instead of compressed into one pass
Five years, one city at a time
First homes in Troy
The company starts with a handful of residential clients in Troy and grows entirely through referral from those first households.
The written plan becomes standard
After enough repeated instructions, every address gets a documented checklist built during a walkthrough. It becomes the core of how we operate.
Commercial work begins
Residential clients start asking whether we can take on their offices and salons. Evening rotations are introduced to handle them properly.
Post-construction as a discipline
Renovation cleaning moves to a staged three-pass process with HEPA equipment after too many single-pass jobs came back hazy.
100+ projects and a 20-mile radius
Ten cities served from Troy, with residential plans, deep cleans, move-outs, commercial rotations and renovation work running side by side.

Questions about the company
Small by design. We work in assigned two-person teams so that consistency is possible, and we add clients at the rate we can staff properly rather than as fast as the phone rings.
No. LB Pro Cleaning Services is independently owned and operated out of Troy, and every decision about scheduling, staffing and standards is made locally.
A 20-mile radius from Troy, which reaches Albany, Schenectady, Clifton Park and the towns in between. Beyond that ring it depends on the day and whether it fits a route, so it is worth asking.
Both. One-time deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans and post-renovation work are a large part of what we do, and there is no expectation that you sign up for anything afterwards.
