A clean house on a schedule you stop thinking about
Weekly, every other week, or monthly — the same team, the same checklist, the same day and window, until you tell us otherwise.

Regular Cleaning in Troy and the Capital Region
The value of a recurring plan is not really the cleaning. It is the not-thinking. When Thursday morning is always the cleaning window, the mental thread that runs "the bathroom is getting bad, when am I going to deal with that" simply stops running. People underestimate how much room that frees up until it is gone.
Recurring visits are also less work per visit, which is why they cost less per hour of result. Nothing has time to set. Soap scum never becomes hard-water etching, the fridge shelf gets wiped before the spill hardens, and dust never reaches the stage where it needs a solvent instead of a cloth.
You pick the rhythm. Weekly suits families with kids, pets, or anyone working from home full time. Every other week is the most common choice and handles most households comfortably. Monthly works for smaller homes, single occupants and people who keep on top of daily tidying and just want the real cleaning handled.
Whichever you choose, the visit runs the same checklist every time, and the checklist is yours. We build it on the first visit and refine it over the first month, and after that it barely changes. If you want the guest room only once a month while everything else is weekly, that is written into the plan too.
We hold your day and window rather than treating you as a slot to be filled. Same team, same time, so you can plan around it — schedule the dog walker, leave the door unlocked, be at work and not think about it. When a holiday or a storm interferes, we contact you first and reschedule rather than skipping quietly.
There is no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty. Plans continue because they are working. Pause for a month while you travel, drop from weekly to biweekly when the kids go back to school, or stop entirely — a phone call handles all three.
Six things this service gets right
A fixed day and window
You get a slot that stays yours. It makes access simple and it means you can build the rest of your week around a known quantity.
Lower cost per visit
Maintenance is faster than recovery. Recurring visits are priced below one-time cleans because nothing has had time to harden.
The same team, every time
Consistency is the whole product. A team that already knows your home does better work in less time than a rotating crew ever will.
A checklist that evolves
The first month is calibration. Tell us what to add, drop or do differently and it becomes permanent, so preferences never have to be repeated.
Flexible frequency
Move between weekly, biweekly and monthly as life changes. Seasonal households often go weekly in winter and monthly in summer.
No contract to escape from
Pause, change or cancel with a phone call. We would rather keep clients by being worth keeping.
How the three frequencies compare
Weekly
- Best for families, pets and full houses
- Nothing accumulates between visits
- Shortest visit length of the three
- Kitchen and bathrooms stay ahead of build-up
- Lowest cost per visit
Every other week
- The most popular choice by a wide margin
- Comfortable for most two- to four-person households
- Detail rotation built into the schedule
- Good balance of cost and result
- Easy to hold a consistent slot
Monthly
- Suits smaller homes and single occupants
- Works when daily tidying is already handled
- Slightly longer visit to cover the gap
- Rotating focus areas each month
- Add a deep clean once a year to stay level
Always included
- Kitchen and bathrooms fully cleaned every visit
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- Dusting top to bottom
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- A final check before we lock up
Five steps, every time
Choose a frequency
We will tell you honestly which one fits your home and household size, including when monthly is genuinely enough.
Book the reset visit
Most plans open with a deep clean or an extended first visit so the recurring schedule starts from a clean baseline.
Lock the slot
Day, window and team are assigned and stay yours. You get a reminder before each visit.
Calibrate over the first month
Two or three visits in, we ask what to adjust. Those notes go into the permanent checklist.
Review twice a year
Seasons change what a house needs. We check in rather than running the same list forever without asking.
How to choose your frequency without overspending
A useful rule: count the people and pets in the house, then add one if anyone works from home full time. Four or more usually means weekly. Two or three, biweekly. One, monthly is often plenty.
Square footage matters far less than you would expect. A 900-square-foot apartment with two dogs needs more frequent attention than a 2,400-square-foot house occupied by one person who travels for work three weeks a month.
If you are between two options, start with the less frequent one. It is easy to move up after a month of watching how the house actually behaves, and much less annoying than paying for a weekly visit you did not need.

Questions about regular cleaning
No. Recurring plans run visit to visit. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no penalty for changing frequency. If the service stops being worth it, we would rather you tell us than feel locked in.
That is the intent, and it holds the large majority of the time. Illness and vacation happen; when they do, we send someone who has your written plan in hand and we tell you in advance rather than surprising you at the door.
Let us know as early as you can and we move or skip it. There is no fee. If skipping means the next visit needs extra time, we will say so beforehand rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
Any time, in either direction. Households often move to weekly when a baby arrives or someone starts working from home, and back down when the situation changes. We hold your slot where we can.
Usually yes, and we will be direct about whether your home actually needs it. Starting a recurring plan on top of an existing backlog means the first several visits are spent catching up on work that a single reset visit handles better and cheaper.
Most recurring clients give us a key, a lockbox code or a smart-lock code. Access details are kept confidential, tied to your plan rather than to an individual cleaner, and we only enter during the agreed window.
If your slot lands on a holiday, we contact you the week before to move it. In heavy snow we make the safety call early and reschedule; we do not put a team on the road through the Hudson Valley in bad conditions to protect a booking.
