One number, one account and one standard — for the house and for the workplace.
LB Pro Cleaning Services started with a small number of homes in Troy and grew the way this kind of business should grow — one household telling another. That only works if the second visit is as good as the first, which is why everything here is built around a written plan instead of a time slot.
On the first visit we walk the space with you and write down what matters: which rooms carry the weight, which surfaces need a specific product, what should never be moved, what you would rather we skip. That document becomes the checklist your team follows, and it belongs to your address rather than to whoever happens to be on shift.
The result is a service you stop having to manage. You are not re-explaining the guest bathroom every month, not wondering whether the baseboards happened, and not negotiating with a stopwatch. You booked a standard, and the standard is what arrives.
Every one of them runs from a plan built for your address on the first visit.

What is includedPreferences are recorded once and followed every visit. You never repeat yourself to a new face.
Consistency is the product. A crew that knows your home is faster, more thorough and easier to live with.
We tell you what fits in the window before we start, and we call you if something needs longer.
Hardwood, natural stone, quartz, tile and vinyl each get what they can take. Nothing aggressive on a finish that will not forgive it.
Calls and messages get a human response the same day, usually within the hour during working hours.
If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return. It happens rarely and it gets handled without a debate.

On the first visit we walk the space with you and write the checklist that your team will follow from then on.
Top to bottom, dry to wet, room by room. If something needs more time than quoted, you hear about it before we run over.
We walk it with you at the end. Anything you flag goes into the plan permanently, not just for that day.
We keep the radius tight so a fixed weekly slot is actually possible.
Home base. Row houses, lofts and Victorian interiors, mostly on weekly and biweekly plans.
Older layouts and tight parking, so we plan the visit before the van leaves.
Historic housing on one side of town, newer builds on the other. Both get the same checklist.
Compact riverside homes where careful detail work matters more than square footage.
Households that want the same two people every visit. That is the whole ask, and it is a fair one.
Where most of our evening commercial rotations run — suites, offices and small practices.
Just outside the ring? Call and ask — it depends on the route that day.

Staining inside the bowl, a soiled seat and build-up around the base and hinges. The bowl, tank, hinges and the floor behind the base were all worked, not just the surfaces you see standing up.

Soil worked into the textured floor of the pan and debris packed along the caulk line. Textured pans hold dirt in the grain, so this comes out with a brush and dwell time, not a mop.

Soap film across the tub floor, dark growth along the panel seams and a mat that had stopped being pink. Seams get treated first and rinsed last so nothing dries back into them.

Bedrooms are usually not dirty, they are just unresolved. Beds are made and layers straightened on every standard visit unless you ask us to leave them.

Linens remade flat, pillows squared and fresh towels folded and set out. If you leave clean sheets on the bed, we change them rather than just straightening what is there.

Most first visits are scheduled within the same week, and we can often quote the same day you call. Recurring slots sometimes have a short wait because we hold a fixed day and window for each client rather than fitting people in wherever there is a gap.
We cover a 20-mile radius from Troy, which includes Albany, Schenectady, Cohoes, Watervliet, Latham, Rensselaer, East Greenbush, Clifton Park and Wynantskill. If you are just outside that ring, call anyway — it depends on the day and the route.
A short conversation about the size of the space, the number of bathrooms, pets and what condition things are in. That is usually enough for an accurate number. For larger homes, commercial spaces or post-construction work, we prefer to see it in person first.
Insurance details are confirmed in writing with every quote, and we will send documentation directly to a landlord or property manager when a building requires it before granting access.
Yes. The team speaks English and Portuguese, and you are welcome to call or write in either one.
