Everything clients ask before booking, grouped by topic. If yours is not here, call and ask — we answer the phone.

Getting started

Call (518) 805-9874 or send the contact form. For most homes a short conversation is enough for an accurate number — we need the size, the number of bathrooms, whether there are pets and roughly what condition things are in. For commercial spaces and post-construction work we prefer to see it in person, and that visit is free.

We arrive with the equipment, walk the space with you, agree the priorities and write the plan while we are standing in it. Then we clean. The first visit usually runs longer than subsequent ones, and we tell you that when you book rather than at the end.

For the first visit it helps a great deal, because pointing at something is faster than describing it. After that most clients are not home. It is entirely your preference.

First-time cleans are usually available within the same week. Recurring slots can take a little longer because we hold a fixed day and window for each client instead of filling gaps.

Scheduling

Yes, subject to what is open. We will hold your preferred slot if we can and tell you honestly if it means moving to a different team, which is the one thing we try hard to avoid.

Let us know as early as you can. There is no fee for rescheduling, and no penalty for skipping a visit on a recurring plan. What we ask is that you tell us before the team is already on the road.

Saturdays are part of our standard hours. Evening work is available for commercial clients, and occasionally for residential jobs where access is genuinely impossible during the day. Sundays are reserved except for pre-arranged commercial rotations.

We make the call early and contact you before your window. Heavy snow in the Capital Region is a safety matter, and we reschedule rather than put a team on the road in poor conditions to protect a booking.

Pricing

By the realistic time the work takes, which depends on size, condition, number of bathrooms, pets and the type of service. Recurring plans are priced below one-time cleans because maintenance takes less time than recovery.

By the job, with the time it should take stated up front. That way the incentive is to be efficient rather than to be slow, and you know what you are paying before the team arrives.

Always, including in-person estimates for larger homes, commercial spaces and post-construction work. There is no charge and no obligation attached to one.

Payment details are confirmed with your quote. Recurring clients typically settle after each visit or monthly, whichever is easier to manage on your side.

What's included

Yes, on every standard visit. They are on the checklist rather than being an add-on, because they are precisely the surfaces that make a house look genuinely clean rather than tidy.

Interior glass on doors and mirrors is standard. Full interior window washing, including tracks and sills throughout the house, is an add-on because it adds real time. Exterior windows above ground level are outside our scope.

Not as standard. We will run a dishwasher that is already loaded and wipe down a sink of dishes if it is blocking the counter we need. Full laundry service and washing up are outside the scope of a cleaning visit.

As add-ons, quoted separately. Both are genuinely time-consuming and need to be scheduled with the time to do them properly rather than squeezed into a standard window.

Finished basements are standard on most plans. Garages, unfinished basements and attics are quoted separately because they are a different type of work with different equipment.

Access and security

Keys, lockbox codes and smart-lock codes are held at company level with a documented handover process, not carried informally by individual cleaners. Access is only used inside the agreed window.

We record the disarm sequence, the arm-on-exit requirement and the escalation contact in writing before the first visit. If an alarm triggers or a door is found unsecured, you get a call immediately.

Screening and insurance details are confirmed in writing with your quote, and we are glad to provide documentation to a landlord, property manager or building that requires it.

Products and safety

Commercial-grade products chosen for the surface rather than for the label. The default is the least aggressive option that will do the job, with stronger products reserved for mineral deposits and set grease.

Yes. Tell us before the first visit if anyone in the household is sensitive to fragrance, or if there are infants, pets or someone with respiratory issues, and we adjust the kit before we arrive rather than improvising on the day.

Certainly. Leave them out with a note and we will use them. This is common with specific hardwood cleaners and natural-stone products, and we are happy to work with whatever you trust on your own surfaces.

The products we use are safe once surfaces are dry, and we keep pets out of rooms while we are actively working in them. Tell us about anxious animals in advance and we will plan the visit around them.

Service area

Troy, Albany, Schenectady, Cohoes, Watervliet, Latham, Rensselaer, East Greenbush, Clifton Park and Wynantskill — a 20-mile radius from Troy.

No. Pricing is the same throughout the radius, with no zone pricing or fuel surcharge.

Ask. We take work slightly outside the ring when it fits an existing route, so it depends on the day rather than being an automatic no.
